The undersigned rider, horse owner, handler and/or guest (herein called participant) recognizes the Danger inherent to all participants, guests, spectators, animals and others relating to activities involving horses. Therefore, and for valuable consideration, the undersigned participant, parent or legal guardian hereby releases and discharges Skagit County 4-H, its owners, employees, members, officers, volunteers and contractors from any and all bodily injuries to human, animals and/or property damage resulting from or to result from the actions and/or omissions of Skagit 4-H and to assume all the risk of personal injury, caused by any negligence of Skagit 4-H, its owners, employees, members, officers, volunteers or contractors.
