This form is for requesting touch ups only- if you want a touch up AND a new piece or an extension to the current piece please use my regular booking form.

Please keep in mind that perfection is never my goal nor my intention for tattooing. I of course want folks to be happy with the heal but if you are looking for perfection, a touch up will likely not satisfy your expectations. 

We are moving out of state mid-august and I have been overwhelmed with last minute touch up requests - I cannot gaurentee a touch up appt if you fill out this form.

We are now requiring full vaccination and booster shots for booking. Please be very cautious with covid still and take it seriously. I would recommend having at least 2 weeks between your booster shot and the tattoo, simply so your body isn't trying to combat the vaccine while also trying to heal your tattoo.

COVID-19 INFO:

For now, I am only booking one month at a time. 

COVID-19 Client requirements 

• Arrive alone, I cannot allow guests during appointments at this time.
• Must arrive wearing a mask and wear for the duration of appointment, if a break is required it will be provided.  
• Client temperature will be taken at time of appointment.
• You will be asked to either not use your phone or sanitize it. 
• Please arrive well fed, hydrated and sober. Please bring your own water and snacks if you want them for during the appt. 
• Please reschedule if you have experienced any of the COVID-19 symptoms within the past 14 days. Fever, coughing, chills, diarrhea, change of taste or smell, body aches, headaches.
• You will be required to sign a Covid-19 waiver form on top of the normal tattoo waiver, sent to you electronically the day before your appt. 
• I ask for patience and understanding as I navigate how to best welcome folks into the studio and ask that you adhere to any guidelines I set forth on the day of the appt. as well.
• For folks thinking of traveling: Booking you will be on a case by case basis, thanks for your understanding and cooperation with all my questions.

PRICING:

Touch ups are free. 

If you are wanting to extend anything about the design or also get another piece, please use my regular booking form - this form is just for touch ups.  

DEPOSIT:

 

I do not take deposits for touch up appts - however my scheduling these next few months is extremely tight and I ask that you give me AS MUCH notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. I also cannot gaurentee that I will be able to reschedule your appt since I have a hard date of leaving Seattle. 

 

HAND TATTOO: 

I will offer one free touch up on hand/finger placements but after that touch ups will be billed within my sliding scale hourly rate. 

  

Located at:

The studio is located in the Ballard neighborhood in Seattle, WA. Once your appointment is scheduled you will receive the address and directions. It is an appointment only private studio space. We have two artist stations and there might be some overlap with appts (so max 4 folks in the space at one time) If you would strongly prefer a time where it is just the two of us in the space, please let me know in the comments section of this form. The space is about 700 sq/ft :)

**important info** 

I am going to be upfront with folks as I expect people to do the same with me. My wife and I currently have a plan to fly to Austin June 7th-14th and New York July 18-25th. These trips are covid dependent, we are staying by ourselves, and will not be interacting with anyone unmasked/indoors. We will be wearing n95s the whole time, we are vaccinated/boosted and will be getting tested before travel and upon arrival back in seattle. We will not be eating in resturants or doing anything other than being outside, hanging in our private airbnb, or working at a tattoo studio there (with the same covid protocols we have in Seattle). We will be assessing whether we will actually follow through with our plans within the next weeks. Please choose your availablity accordingly if you feel uncomfortable about my potential travel.
