All plans require a $99 one-time enrollment fee per pet.

All pediatric plans include 3 wellness exams, and all other plans include 1 wellness exam.

All plans are equivalent to a 10% discount on all plan items. All items not included in the plans would be discounted at 5%.

All plans include complimentary nail trims.

By upgrading to PEDIATRIC PLUS, you would be adding on your pet's pre-anesthetic labwork and spay/neuter.

*We've built our plans to be applicable to the vast majority of the pets we see. For example, most pet in their puppy/kitten series require 3 Distemper combination vaccines. Occasionally, we see pets who need a fourth, and this vaccine would not be included in the above prices. We are happy to work with our clients to adjust plans to include those scenerios where applicable.

**Wellness plans cover the routine portion of dental work - this includes scaling, polishing, radiographs, and the oral exam. Oral surgery, or any further complications, is not considered "wellness" work, so it not included in the wellness plans.

St. Charles County rabies tag -- If you live outside of St. Charles County, please do not select this option. Microchip and registration -- Microchipping is the best insurance that you'll get your pet back if they ever get lost. We've made this available to all of our patients, no matter what age, because we don't want this to ever be a concern. Lyme vaccine (canines only) -- Lyme disease is a tick-borne illness that dogs with tick exposure are susceptible to. Influenza vaccine (canines only) -- Some boarding/daycare/training facilities require this vaccine. * Our facility does not require this vaccine. Gastropexy procedure (canines less than 2 years old only, and must be performed at time of spay/neuter). This procedure helps prevent Bloat, which is a major concern for large-breed dogs. Hips & elbows radiographic examination (canines less than 2 years old only, and must be performed at time of spay/neuter). This procedure evaluates for proper joint development and allows for early orthopedic care.
