Pet Portraits
At the end of this form you will be asked to upload 5 reference photos of your pet. These are required.. Things to note when looking through your photos -Does it have good contrast and lighting (ex: shadows and highlights). -Clarity of photo (if it's slightly blurry it will be hard for me to recreate. It may not be picked for the actual portrait but can be used as a valid reference if showing certain details of pet.). -Please note if there is a certain side of your body you are wanting the portrait, please try to include photos of your pet looking straight on or when placed on you they're looking towards the centerline of the body. (ex: if you want it on right arm make sure in the photo your pet is looking towards the right.) -Please include your top 5 photos of your pet, any additional photos can be emailed and used as references to show markings, colors, etc.

What Pet portrait option are you interested in?

1 Session - Color illustrated or black/grey (not realistic) - max 5-6 hours will include portrait of animal, border, flowers, swirlies, and/or with one small personalized element I can incorporate into frame for you.
2 Sessions - Color, black and gray, your choice of realism or illustrated styles with a border that's more elaborate. Additional 1-2 personalized elements, initial, or favorite toy (collars, tags, bandanas). Black and grey only for realism 10-12 hours max over 2 sessions.

I know this seems like a lot just to book a tattoo consultation but it really does help save time now and later once we get into the consultation and tattooing process.. Before submitting form please read and acknowledge information below. Submitting this form does not guarantee you a consultation appointment.
-I acknowledge and understand that all consultations require a $300 non-refundable consultation fee. If we proceed with your tattoo at the end of the consultation, this $300 deposit will be applied towards the $600 retainer to be placed on the waitlist, and the remaining $300 will be due at the end of the consultation. If we don’t proceed with scheduling your tattoo this fee covers the time spent with you, working out your ideas, in addition my time, expertise, and advice. -Cancelation or reschedule policy - If you need to reschedule, please give 7 days notice if needed or you will forfeit your deposit. Last-minute emergencies are understandable and must be communicated prior to the appointment by e-mail. A cancelation will constitute a forfeiture of the consultation fee and be applied towards my time.
