What is your budget for the event?
Typically, we start with 3 course or family style event around $100 per person and it goes up from there if you would like more courses or higher end ingredients like steak, seafood, sushi, etc...We try to keep to a $600 minimum during the week and $1000 minimum Friday to Sunday.
We primarily use Square to process payments which makes it very easy to set up the Deposit, Final Payment, and Gratuity.

Sales Tax is added at 8.81%

We typically require a 50% deposit in advance.
I am willing to provide a 50% deposit

We can provide plates and silverware for up to 30 ppl. You can also see a list of equipment we are able to provide on our website here.
Will we need to provide tables, chairs, flatware, glasses, or buffet equipment?
