AVAILABILITY: Rooms at 2918 W Kennedy Blvd. are available for rentals, exclusively to GTR members on a first come, first served basis.
RENTAL HOURS: Use of facility shall be 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Access is available beginning at 9:00 a.m. All clean-up must be concluded by 5 p.m. If an event runs past rental agreement time, lessee will be required to pay additional room rental and staff attendant rates as outlined above and hourly rates will not be prorated.
TAX: These rates do not include the current sales tax which will be added to the final invoice.
DEPOSIT: A nonrefundable payment equal to one-half the rental total fee, plus a refundable security deposit as outlined in Exhibit “B” above is required at the time of signing the Rental Agreement. The room reservation will not be made until both the signed contract and security deposit are received. Availability is on a first come first served basis.
ADDITIONAL FACILITY USE: Use of the facilities shall be confined to the limits specified in the Rental Agreement.
COFFEE SERVICE: Service includes coffee, sugar, creamer, disposable cups and napkins.
COMPUTER/NETWORK SETUP: Additional IT services will be available at a rate of $50/hour during normal business hours. The minimum charge is 1 hour. Arrangements must be made at least 1 week prior to the event.
Rental rates include:

- Parking for the capacity of the room
- Restrooms
