2023-2024 Student Chromebook Check Out

Students who require the use of a Chromebook for educational purposes must complete this form. This is necessary to maintain a record of your ongoing usage of the Chromebook throughout your enrollment period. This form may be completed by the student or parent.

UNDERSTANDING OF TECHNOLOGY USE

As a student of Globe Unified School District, it is important to recognize that the use of a Chromebook is a privilege and not a right. Non-compliance with school rules and guidelines could result in the immediate loss of school Chromebook privileges for the entire school year. This consequence may also include potential financial penalties and other serious repercussions. 

 

If there are any changes to your enrollment status with Globe High School or if you decide to withdraw from the school, it is mandatory to return your Chromebook promptly. This ensures that there will be no delays in releasing your school records to the transferring institution.

• Reduced Lunch Program $15.00
• Free Lunch Program $10.00
• Jom Program $0.00 Must show CIB documentation when picking up Chromebook from Bookstore.
