Being a Foster Carer is extremely rewarding, it can also be emotional and difficult depending on the animal and situations. When applying to be a Foster you are agreeing to open your heart and home to animals for as long as they need before they are Adopted.
By sending this electronically, I acknowledge that I have completely read this questionnaire and comprehend it fully. I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any Enchanted Rescue animal fostered by me. I certify that the above information is correct, and I understand that the information will be verified. I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold Enchanted Rescue and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster anormal. I accept full responsibility for the anima actions at all times, and release Enchanted Rescue from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such animal. I agree to have Enchanted Rescue complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application. I agree that if I'm unable to foster the animal anymore that I will return the animal to Enchacted Rescue and try to give Enchanted Rescue a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster for the animal. We acknowledge that all vet costs will be the responsibility of Enchanted Rescue, but the foster carer agrees to comply with all (if any) vet appointments that are discussed and agreed apon.
I agree to keep regular communication in regards to the health and well-being of my foster, I acknowledge I will need to write a detailed description on the personality of my foster and sufficient amount of photos for their adoption profile in a timely manner of no longer then 3 days once requested.
As a foster carer I agree to not rehome, or sale any animal in my care. I will treat the animal as my own pet and be sure the animal is cared for as such.
