Payments & Booking: Once the date, time, and services have been agreed upon for your BIG DAY, a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee is due within 24hrs of booking confirmation. This is 25% of the total cost (all members/services included). The remaining 75% is to be paid in full the Morning Of Service. ALL Fee's are to be paid by the contracting individual. Separate invoices WILL NOT be made for individual Bridesmaids, or Mother of the Bride/Groom. If everyone will be paying for their personal services, it is the responsibility of the Bride/Contracted individual to obtain payments from all parties. Forms of Payment accepted: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle
Cancelations & Tardiness: Cancelations may be made at any time, however, you will forfeit the 25% retainer fee. The fee is 100% Non-Refundable, and only transferrable for Cancelations cause by "Acts of God" such as (fire, tornado, severe flooding, extreme snow/ice, ect.) It is expected that ALL parties are to arrive at the location listed in the contract on time and prepped for Makeup Application (makeup free, manicured brows, exfoliating night before & moisturizing is recommended). If Services are unable to start at the agreed upon time, a $25 fee will be charged for every additional 30mins.
Trial Location/ Venue & Travel: ALL trial Makeup sessions & Event Makeup will be preformed at my home in Poquoson Va. If you require on site (I come to you) application, additional fee's will be assessed with regards to travel time, and round trip miles traveled.
All Wedding Day Service Prices include 25miles travel. For venues >25miles an additional charge of 0.50¢/mile will be added. For travel >75miles with start time before 9am, hotel accommodations are required.
