As Parent/Guardian of this participant, I hereby grant him/her permission to attend the 2026 Cloverbud Camp hosted by the University of Maryland Extension Caroline County 4-H Youth Development Program at the Caroline County 4-H Park (8230 Detour Road, Denton, MD). In granting this permission, I relieve the 4-H Program of any liability in case of an accident or illness. I understand that my child will be participating in a program that may include live animals and spending time outdoors in nature and in warm weather, and give permission for my child to participate in the program.
