This class will take place in the Boxyard RTP from 9:30-10:30am on 6/11/22. The class will be hosted by Class will be taught by 5 year yogi Rachael Taylor Roykovich. Yoga leader in Raleigh & current teacher at Soullective. This practice will be a vinyasa flow, designed to get you out of your head and more connected to your body + intuition. With upbeat music & good vibes you’ll be sure to leave feeling more grounded & a little less stressed. Please be sure to bring your own mat, towel, and water! This ticket is nonrefundable.
