Pride Parade Participant (June 26: 1pm on)

I agree on behalf of myself, survivors, guardians, legal representatives, or assignees to hold harmless and release the Metropolitan Community Church and Pride Toronto, it's directors, officers, employees, servants, and agents from any and all actions, cause of actions, claims and demands rising out of any and all personal injuries, damages or death which I may suffer during and as a result of my voluntary participation in the Toronto Pride Parade.

I am participating as part of MCC Toronto's contingent in the Toronto Pride Parade - June 26th, 2022.

Further, I agree that my participation in the Toronto Pride Parade, including transportation to and from the event, is at my own personal risk and that MCC Toronto and Pride Toronto assumes no liability or responsibility.

We will share details regarding the exact meeting time and location closer to the date. All other volunteer opportunities are limited so we will be in touch with details if we are able to accommodate your request to volunteer.
