Massasoit Art Guild Art Show Entry Form

Please ensure you have filled in the outside dimensions of your entries. Each artist is permitted one large piece of artwork which does not exceed 40 inches in width and 40 inches in height (including frame) and an additional three entries not to exceed 24 inches in width (including frame). Fourth piece is accepted provisionally based on hanging space. Original artworks only – no copies from any source. Your artwork should be within three years old and not entered in a prior Massasoit Art Guild Art Show.
