Association of the Chemical Profession of Ontario (ACPO) proxy voting form for the Annual General Meeting on Saturday, June 17, 2023. Proxies must be received by midnight on Saturday, June 10, 2023.

Note: Pursuant to Article X, Item 11, questions arising at any meeting of the Council shall, unless otherwise herein provided, be decided by a majority of the votes of members of Council present or represented by proxy. The chair will not vote except to cast a deciding vote in case of a tie.

This proxy notice shall apply for the ACPO Annual General Meeting to be held virtually on Saturday, June 17, 2023.

A quorum at the Annual Meeting shall consist of twenty (20) members; at a special meeting, twenty-five (25) members. Proxys must be completed and submitted prior to June 10, 2023.
