1. Notate where every signature field should be placed on every page.
2. Notate where every text field will be placed on every page (if applicable).
3. Notate if you want us to place date fields within the document, and where they should be placed.
4. Identify sections, page titles, number of pages in each section, and total number of pages.
5. List any "if/then" scenarios. (E.g. If a signer purchases extra products or services that are NOT on your standard contract, then additional pages for signature, initials, and/or date field would need to be included).
