Cancellation & Refund Policies
Cancellation Policy:
- I completely understand that things can come up. I value your time, and hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a rebooking fee of $25 PER service that will need to be paid before scheduling another appointment. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule but if there is space in my schedule to continue with the service there will be a $15 late charge. If you have any questions regarding this policy please reach out to me.
Redo Policy:
- Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your hair, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.
-I understand that this is a general consultation intake form designed so Nicole can have a better idea of what service is best to schedule.
-I understand that by submitting this form, it is not a guarantee that my hair goals can or will be achieved in one session.
-I understand that the initial investment at my appointment depends upon what we determine necessary to work towards my goals. Any maintenance sessions/appointments will be necessary depending on current hair, goal hair, and required upkeep and are at additional cost.
