Fix It requests from a registered parishioner will be accepted or rejected based on the complexity of the request and our ability to successfully accomplish the repairs. We do not accept request for external repairs on the second story of a home or on a building. We do not do yard word or take care of landscaping needs.

We will review your request soon and determine if we have the expertise to address your issue. Please allow up to 3 days for a response. If this is any kind of emergency or needs to be fixed sooner, call a professional immediately.

The home owner is responsible for any material costs expended, but all costs of material will be reviewed and authorized by the homeowner prior to purchase and before the repairs are made. We're here just to get our hands dirty providing the labor.

I understand these ground rules about eligibility, cost, and liability, and that the men of St. Basil parish are offering their time and labor graciously.*

I understand the homeowner will pay the costs incurred for materials.

I/We certify that I/We am/are the owner(s) of the above listed property. I/We give permission to volunteer(s) from St. Basil the Great Catholic Church,8700 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville OH to enter onto my/our property as listed here and to work on the property for the purpose of performing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or other general repairs. As the homeowner, I/We agree to cover the cost(s) of all materials used in the repairs or projects. I/We understand that these volunteers are not professionals working for profit and that no warranty is made as to the quality of the work done. In consideration of the volunteer services to be rendered to me/us or on my/our property by the volunteers, I/We, the undersigned release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Diocese of the Cleveland Roman Catholic Church, St. Basil the Great Roman Catholic Church, including but not limited to their Bishop, Clergy, Pastor, Administrator, employees, representatives, insurers, reinsurers and/or self-insurance administrators, assigns and/or representatives(hereafter collectively referred to as “the Releasees”) from any and all claims, liability, damages, injury (including but not limited to physical and/or mental injury and/or death and/or property damage), delay or irregularity related to the aforementioned volunteer services. This release covers all rights and causes of action of every kind, nature, and description, which is the undersigned ever had, now has/have, and, but for this release, may have. This release binds the undersigned and his/her/their heirs, representatives, and assignees.*
