The Fruita Fall Fest Art walk is on September 24th 4pm - 8 pm Set up may start at 3pm and must be completed by 4 pm. Breakdown will start at 8pm. No early departures. Artists must have a Fruita Business License or a Special Event Business License, either of which can be obtained from the City of Fruita. Artists are responsible for collecting and reporting all sales tax. Artists must tend to their own booth through the duration of the Art Walk. Only Artists displaying their own original work are eligible to participate in the Fruita Fall Fest Art Walk. Cards, secondary prints and giclees may be sold but original pieces must also be displayed. Handmade or hand printed clothing with original designs are permitted. Machine printed and manufactured clothing is not permitted. No imported, manufactured or mass-produced items will be allowed. The Fruita Chamber Event Staff reserve the right to reject any display or application without given reason. The Fruita Area Chamber of Commerce staff will have final and complete say on event policies, exceptions and required resolutions. By signing below and submitting the application, the signer agrees that the Fruita Area Chamber of Commerce, City of Fruita and employees of either organization are not liable for art condition, event sales, space availability, or any liability related to the signer at the Fruita Fall Fest. Signer also understands and agrees to above terms and conditions. The cost is to participate in the Fruita Fall Festival Art Walk is $35 and by submitting this application I agree to pay the cost in full before by September 3, 2022. Failure to pay may result in removal from the Art Walk without notice.
