How organized are your sales efforts on a scale of 1-10? 10 being I'm really organized, I use a CRM daily and have an organized follow-up process. 1 being I'm not organized at all and I don't use a CRM.
How are your closing skills on a scale of 1-10? 10 being I have a high closing percentage and don't have a lot of lingering deals in my pipeline. 1 being I can't close a kitchen door currently. If you are below a 10, what would take you to a 10?
