Please be aware that submission of this form does not guarantee you a custom slot. I reserve the right to turn down custom orders that I feel are outside of my skill level, or that I do not have the right materials for.

As a general rule, if it has either 0 legs, or 6 or more, there is a decent chance I will be able to have a go. 2 or 4 legged critters such as dogs and cats will likely be rejected as I don't feel that my style fits them.

Pricing

As final pricing will depend on the size and complexity of the final product, I am unable to give very exact price estimates. Smaller customs like mini nudis or similar (palm sized) will usually fall in the USD$30-40 range, while larger requests like full sized nudis or other animals (hand sized) will be USD$40-60. On confirmation of your order, you will need to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. This deposit will be used to offset the final price.

In the event that the client is uncontactable for an extended period of time (multiple attempts to contact over at least 4 weeks), the deposit and custom slot will be forefit. If the custom is already completed, I reserve the right to sell it to others.

At this time, I am only able to take payment via PayPal invoices (international) or PayNow/Lah (Singapore).

Turnaround time and Shipping info

Generally, orders will take 2 to 3 weeks to be completed depending on my schedule and existing queue, as well as the complexity of the request. If I do take on your custom, I will be in touch with you to give you a more accurate timeframe.

If you want a rush order (completed within 2-3 days), I will try my best to accomodate the request, but there will be a 50% surcharge for doing so. Please do let me know if you require this.

I am able to ship worldwide, except for Germany at this time. Shipping overseas is a flat rate of USD$10 (extra charges apply for very large bulky orders), and postage locally in Singapore is $1.50. Shipping times internationally are 3-5 weeks due to covid related shipping delays, but hopefully this will improve.
