Thank you for your interest in joining my amazing team of clients and taking your fitness to the next level. Please answer a few questions so I can get to know you a little better. The more detailed the better. Applying here doesn't commit you to joining, but it does let me know a little more about you and how to make the best bespoke programme for you and your needs. Beginner - Never stepped foot in a gym
Novice - Have very basic experience and less confident, I know how some of the machines work
Intermediate - Have a good understanding of most machines and exercises, and feel quite confident in the gym
Advanced - Have a really good understanding of the gym and have a lot of experience.
Do you feel confident with barbell work (e.g. squats, deadlifts, bench press etc)? If not just yet, that is cool too. Or if only certain ones let me know below :)
