Welcome to the Jones, Salon Suite experience, I can't wait to connect with you! The digital consultation is the first step in the new client on boarding process. Please complete the form in full and I’ll be in touch within 48 hours of your request during my work week which is Monday - Thursday 8 - 5 to schedule a 30 min clarity call. All requests submitted Friday -Sunday will be responded to on Monday. By the end of our consult, you will know exactly who I am, what I specialize in, the financial investment, and the time commitment necessary to achieve your color goals. We will cover salon policies, and how to best prepare for your appointment, as well as any additional questions you may have. For our virtual consultation to be successful I will need a profile and back view photo of your current hair, as well as 1-2 inspiration photos from Instagram or Pinterest.

For photos of self, stand in front of a window, take two steps back. This provides true to tone lighting. Avoid bathroom lighting.

By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive a text with date and time options for an on boarding phone call to complete the booking process. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request. Guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 6 weeks to be seen. I understand that Jones, Salon Suite has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I will be charged a last minute cancellation fee and may be banned from booking future appointments with the salon.
