All orders require a 50% non refundable retainer fee to book the date for your order!!
Last Minute Order
I understand that things do happen and sometimes you desperately need last minute custom cakes. On some weeks, I may be able to get you worked into my schedule. Therefore, I require a $40 rush fee for any orders placed less than a week from the pick up date!
Refunds
I do my best to provide the great tasting and finest looking cakes for my clients. Please keep in mind that all cake artist work isn’t alike! You may provide me with a photo of inspiration and duplication and I try to best to recreate the design you send.
IF YOU PICK UP YOUR CAKE & SAY NOTHING ABOUT ANY TYPE OF ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE, I WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND. ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SPEAK TO ME ABOUT IT ONCE I SEND A PHOTO OF YOUR ORDER OR AT PICKUP, SO WE CAN FIGURE OUT A WAY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE!
All details for your cake must be provided to us at the time of booking.
If you need to postpone your order for another date, I require at least a 5 day notice.
You can cancel or reschedule your order 7 days prior to your event. Remember all retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, but if you cancel and want to reschedule your order due to change of plans, I will transfer your deposit to your new date, if my schedule isn’t already booked.
Pick Up
Once an item has been picked up by you or your designated party, it’s considered accepted, which means that you have looked at your order and was satisfied with it
Once order is received, you’re responsible for any mishaps.
Pick-up time confirmation will occur 1 week prior to scheduled day/time.
You have 1 hour from the time that I tell you that your order is ready. After that hour it’s a $30 late fee. I do understand emergencies, but you will have to contact me in case of delay of pick-up or your order will be cancel and not refunded.
No Show / Unclaimed Orders
In the event you are a no show or your party doesn’t claim your order, I have the right to resell or donate the order. Also, you will not be able to book with me again. There will be NO REFUND made for any orders that hasn’t been picked up. I did not hold cakes for any day other than the day you’ve booked.
Your signature is required to submit your order form, which means you agree to my terms & conditions.
