JSC Training Material Order: Terms and Conditions
Confirmation of Order
An email acknowledging your order will be issued.
Payment
The Jersey Safety Council will issue invoices for all training material orders. Our terms of payment are strictly 7 days from the date of the invoice.
Payment can be made via BACS or by cheque. Please note that JSC are unable to accept credit card payments.
Dispatch of Materials
The training materials will be delivered to you together with details of how to download the video following receipt of payment.
Data Protection
Your personal information is collected from you when you submit this form. Your data will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005 and any amendments or revisions which come into force.
Your personal information will only be used to administer the Behavioural Safety Leadership training programme.
The privacy and confidentiality of your information will be respected and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent unless required to by law. You have the right to see the information that is about you and you have the right to get any inaccurate information we have about you corrected.
