  • BOOKING FEE

    In order to secure your wedding date with Bontz Artistry a deposit a deposit of $50 is required to save your date before any services are received. This must be paid upon booking. This is non-refundable should you decide to chose a different makeup artist for your wedding day.

    TRAVEL FEE

    If I need to travel outside of Kearney up to 50 miles, an additional .50 cents a mile will be added to your total cost for travel to and from event. 

    For events more than 50 miles outside of Kearney hotel accommodations may also be required in addition to a mileage reimbursement. 

    If applicable, reimbursement will also be required for parking fees/tolls and meals.

    For destination weddings that require air travel, clients will be responsible for covering reasonable travel related expenses including airfare, rental car, meals and lodging. These accommodations must be agreed upon by the artist before booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Fees associated with traveling may be due in advance and are non-refundable once booked.

    ASSISTANT FEE

    Bontz Artistry does not require a minimum number of bridal party members for wedding bookings.

    However, if the bridal party includes more than six (6) makeup services in addition to the bride, an assistant artist and/or additional makeup artist may be required to ensure services are completed within the agreed timeline.

    If an assistant artist is required:

    An additional assistant artist fee will apply.
    Client will be notified and approval obtained prior to scheduling additional artists.
    Assistant artist fees are separate from standard makeup service pricing.
    Bontz Artistry reserves the right to determine staffing needs based on timeline, location, and total number of services booked.

    While every effort will be made to maintain consistency in artistry and experience, Bontz Artistry is not responsible for minor differences in artistic style between artists, though every effort will be made to maintain consistency and professionalism. 

    Client agrees to pay any associated assistant artist fees such as travel and payment for artist which will be discussed prior to the event.

  • CANCELATIONS

    If the Client cancels services for any reason:

    The retainer fee remains non-refundable.
    Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding may require payment of 25% of the remaining balance.
    If the Client reduces the number of services after booking, the Artist reserves the right to enforce the original quoted minimum of $325.

    If the Artist must cancel due to emergency, illness, or circumstances beyond control, all monies paid by Client will be refunded, excluding completed services already rendered (such as trials).

    Client agrees that all members receiving services will arrive on time and prepared.

    DELAYS

    Delays caused by the Client or bridal party may result in:

    Reduced service time
    Additional fees
    Inability to complete all services scheduled
    Artist is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, venue issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

    AGREEMENT

    All parties understand and agree to all that is above. Client(s) agree(s) to only sign if they have read and agreed to the terms of service in this contract and they believe all information is deemed correct to the best of their knowledge.
