  • Breakdown of Seasonal Fees: (2023)

Seasonal Rate: $5700 (standard base rate with cable)

    Add-on's:

    • Sewer: $400 (only if on a sewer site)
    • Winter Storage: $150 (if camper stays on site during winter)
    • Waterfront: $600 (no lower beach)
    • Premium Waterfront: $1000 (lower beach)

Upon receipt of renewal and deposit, you will receive an invoice that breaks down fees for your specific site. The total amount due will be divided into 10 equal payments.  The first payment will be your deposit - due by July 1st.  The additional payments will be due on the first of each month, with final payment no later than April 1st, 2023.

  • The deposit amount for 2023 will be 1/10th of your total seasonal invoice.  You may pay in person in the office, or by requesting a link to pay online.  If paid in cash at office, you are eligible for a $50 cash discount.  Deposit and renewal are due in office no later than 7/1.

If you have an outstanding balance, you are not eligible to renew your site until that balance has been paid in full.

For 2023, all seasonal sites must choose from one of only two payment plans.  Please choose the plan that you will follow.  The option for $200 payments with balance paid using tax return has been eliminated, and will not be an option for 2023.  The deadline for all balances has been moved to no later than April 1st, 2023.

  • New Policy - Sale of Trailers 2023

  • Effective immediately, we will be implementing a new policy regarding sale of campers as "sold on site". Brialee will no longer be permitting the sale of campers that are older than 10 years on site, without express written permission from Brialee, this includes the transfer of campers from one family member to another.  This is in an effort to phase out some of the older campers that are no longer in good living condition and have been getting abandoned (at Brialee's expense), or sold/resold multiple times within a season due to condition, etc.  All campers are encouraged to keep their RVs/trailers in good working condition, clean and neat outside, to help maintain the good reputation Brialee has worked hard to earn.  Some campers may be contacted on an individual basis with suggestions on upgrading their units within a certain timeframe.  Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding this new policy.

  • We understand our agreement with Brialee does not constitute a landlord/tenant agreement, and that our initial deposit and the next monthly payment is non-refundable.  If you or Brialee terminate this contract for any reason before the season begins (April 1st), a refund will be given minus the non-refundable initial deposit and first monthly payment, less 10%.  If Brialee terminates your contract during the camping season for any reason, no refund will be given.  We agree to abide by the rules and regulations guiding the park, as well as seasonal rules and regulations that apply only to seasonal campers.  We agree to be conscientious of our neighbors, take care of Brialee property and our site, and keep our account with Brialee current at all times, as well as maintain a current credit card on file for our invoices (or have the agreed upon security deposit on file in lieu of a c/c).  We understand that any violation of the seasonal terms as stated in the agreement may result in remedial action - including termination of our seasonal agreement.  We understand that if our deposit is not received by July 1st, our site may be released for the next camping season and may be posted on the list of available sites that is given to the public.  Failure to abide by the agreed upon payment plan could result in cancellation of agreement without a refund.  I agree to all terms and conditions of the application, as well as the seasonal rules and regulations which can be found here.
