Thanks so much for your interest in getting tattooed by me!

I currently specialize in fine line tattoos, and I'm looking to shift my style towards more bold American traditional designs, which I would love to
focus more on!

A few quick things to know before submitting:

• Im currently booking arm and leg placements only

• I dont do cover-ups

• You must be 18+ with goverment issued photo ID (regardless of parental consent)

• I require a $100 + tax non refundable deposit to book each appointment

• I book all appointments Tuesday through Friday, between 12–6pm

• Numbing creams are not permitted

Is this tattoo a coverup?

I do not take on cover-up tattoos. Unfortunately, I wont be able to accept your request, so there is no need to complete this form.

Are you asking me to complete or finish a tattoo that was started by another artist?

Im sorry, but I do not complete or touch up tattoos started by another artist. Please do not submit this form. Thanks for understanding.

A non-refundable deposit of $100+ tax is required to book an appointment

I understand the artists reply to my request form may go to my junk folder, so ill make sure to check there for their response

I promise not to ghost the artists response to my request form. Even if the tattoo ends up being out of my budget or I change my mind. Ghosts belong in horror movies, and not in the artists inbox. The artist is totally cool, easy going, and understanding.

I understand that the artist does not send out tattoo designs before the appointment. I have reviewed their portfolio, like their style, and trust their creative process before booking.
