Group Hotel - We are still finalizing the group hotel. We anticipate room rates in Honolulu to be approximately $250 per night. Please note below if you will be staying at the group hotel to better help us determine how many rooms we should try to add to our room block.

Group Shuttle - We have a special bus that will transport us from the hotel to the cruise terminal - Price coming soon but it is always a good deal!

Group Luau - We are planning to attend an Hawaiian Luau on Honolulu the night before we sail. We anticipate the cost to be $140+ per person. If you feel you would like to join us, please let us know below.

Your choice of a deposit to hold your cabin, the cabin price in full or RCCL is now offering Flex Pay. You can schedule anywhere from 1-10 payments with the final one being no later than the final payment date of Dec. 5th, 2023 - total due will include your cabin fee and the mandatory insurance as well as the taxes and gratuities.
Becki Wells will be in contact with you regarding insurance options - your total due will be calculated at that time. Payable to Trips & Ships

Cabin Options are available on a first-come/first-serve basis. Becki Wells will notify you if she is unable to secure your choice of cabin with the next available option.

Taxes $158.41 per person
Prepaid gratuities $144 per person
$40 non-refundable per person cancellation fee - payable only in the event that you cancel.
$25 non-refundable per person administration fee

All prices are for double occupancy. If you would prefer to room alone, please contact Becki Wells for pricing.

Travel insurance is mandatory and the cost for Royal Caribbean Insurance for 4U is $69, 2N is $79 and 4D is $119 based on occupancy and category type.
There is also an option for Travel Guard insurance. You can see more about this on our FAQ page

Our travel agent, Becki Wells, would be happy to quote you cabin prices. Just select the “Other” option during registration and she’ll get in touch with you. You won’t be charged any retreat fees until we’re certain you’re booked onto the ship!

However, your space in the event is not reserved until both registration forms are complete.
