  • CLASS DATE:
    Wednesday:
    13, 20, 27 August 
    3, 10, 17, 24 September
    8, 15, 22 October

    Friday:
    15, 22, 29 August
    5, 12, 19, 26 September
    3, 10, 17, 24, 31 October

  • Guest Guardian Policy:

    1. Non-member parents may bring their child to class only if an adult member is present to sign them in as a guest. Non-member guardians are not permitted to accompany the child if the parent is present. Guests must remain with the adult member at all times, in accordance with club rules.
    2. Identification Requirement: Guardians must present identification (e.g., HKID, Octopus card) at the Main Reception each time they bring the child. This is necessary to obtain a temporary pass.
    3. Temporary Pass:
    - A Light Green Lanyard will be issued as a temporary pass for guardians attending lessons.
    - After class, guardians must return the temporary pass to receive their identification back.
    4. Waiting Area: Guardians are permitted to wait in the designated Guardian Room while the class is in session. Access to other areas, such as the Junior Activities floor, is not allowed.
    5. Pick-Up Timing: Guardians should arrive to pick up the child 5-10 minutes before the class ends.

  • Diving weather policy:

    Because the weather is unpredictable at times, decision of cancellation or not will be made at the time of class and responsible by the Coach in charge.

    In a case of black/ red/ amber rainstorm warning, Typhoon Signal no. 3 and 8 or above, the class will be cancelled.

    Also, the class will be cancelled and the Outdoor Pool will be immediately closed under the following circumstances:
    a. If lightning is detected within 10km radius based on the Hong Kong Observatory website.
    b. If lightning can be seen visually.
    c. If loud thunder is heard on at least two occasion within a 5 minutes period.

    If the class has started and is cancelled due to bad weather as per above, the club will charge 30 minutes. If the class is cancelled after 30 minutes the club will charge for the full class. No make-up class will be offered.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    ENROLMENT POLICY:
    • To enrol in the classes or programme offered by the Club, please complete the online application form available on the LRC website, LRC Mobile App, or email the Sports Desk at sportsbooking@lrc.com.hk for the registration links.

    • Upon registration, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you. However, confirmation of your enrolment is subject to availability and will be sent via email. Please note that enrolment in the majority of classes at the LRC is permanent and not on a per- session basis. If you wish to discontinue a class, you will need to fill out the online cancellation form. This applies to all activities. For further details, please refer to the below “Cancellation Policy”.
    • Trial sessions are available with the permission of the instructors, provided that you give at least two-day advance notice to the LRC Activities Co-ordinator at annemarielee@lrc.com.hk. A one-day class fee will be charged for trial sessions.
    • Please note that there are no classes on Public Holidays for all regular classes. Additionally, there will be no regular classes for Juniors and Tots over Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter Holidays.
    • The member’s club account will be debited in arrears. Members who join a class mid-month will receive a pro-rata charge.
    • Please be aware that the LRC and its coaches will not be responsible for any liability whatsoever arising from any accident or injury to the participant or any other person during classes.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    • There will be no refunds or make-up classes provided for cancellations due to inclement weather or non-participation. However, if a class is missed due to illness, a doctor’s note must be presented within 48 hours of the class for a refund.
    • A mandatory 28-day advance notice of cancellation is required for a permanent cancellation of regular and ad-hoc classes. To cancel, please complete the online cancellation. Verbal cancellations directed to the coach will not be accepted.
    • If classes are cancelled only for a certain period (e.g. a one- day class to be cancelled or a vacation), a mandatory 28-day advance notice of cancellation is still required, and your spot will be revoked.
    • If you wish to reapply for the class, it will only be made available after 28 days from the day of the cancelled class and subject to availability during that period. If there is no availability, your spot will be placed on a waiting list. The coach in charge will inform you of availability.

    GUEST POLICY
    • Guests are welcome to join a class if they are accompanied by a member who is taking part in the same class.
    • Guests will be charged an additional 10% on top of the class fee, unless stated otherwise. Please note that priority will always be given to members.

    TYPHOON AND RAINSTORM POLICY
    Typhoon Signal No. 1 and 3:
    • The Club continues to operate as normal.
    • Indoor and outdoor activities and events, coaching lessons and sports activities may be affected during T3, Please call the Sports Desk for more information.

    Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above:
    • When hoisted before the Club’s official opening hours of 7:00am, Club operations will be temporarily ceased.
    • When hoisted at or after 4:00pm, Club operations will be completely ceased on that day.
    • When hoisted during the Club’s official opening hours, all Indoor and outdoor activities and events, coaching lessons and sports activities will be suspended.
    • Should Typhoon Signal No. 8 be lowered at or before 4:00pm, Club operations will resume as soon as possible, within two hours after the signal being cancelled.
    Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning:
    • The Club continues to operate as normal.
    • Indoor and outdoor activities and events, coaching lessons and sports activities may be affected. Please call the Sports Desk for more information.

    Black Rainstorm Warning:
    • When hoisted before the Club’s official opening hours of 7:00am, Club operations will be temporarily ceased.
    • If the warning still hoisted at or after 4:00pm, the Club operations will be completely ceased on that day.
    • When hoisted during the Club’s official opening hours, all indoor and outdoor activities and events, coaching lessons and sports activities will be suspended until the warning is lowered. Please call the Sports Desk for more information.
