Summer Holiday Club Booking Form 2019

Our Summer Holiday Club will revert back to operating at Hyndland After School Club for children from all schools this year.

Staff from Notre Dame and Thornwood will be working alongside the Hyndland staff throughout.

Opening hours - 8am - 6pm (late fees apply).

Fees -

Full Day - £29 (extra £7 for expensive trips)

Morning/Afternoon Half Day - £18.50

Bookings should be made and paid for in advance.

Bookings will be accepted at short notice if places available.

Cancellations and absences will be charged unless prior notice of 1 week has been given.

Half days can only be offered on non full day trips. We will contact you if your half day booking will be on a full day trip, and you will be offered a full day booking (at full day booking cost).

For full day trip days, please arrive before 8:45am to ensure your child is on time for the trip. On these days, we do not run an alternative service at the clubhall.

You will be sent a copy of the Summer Holiday Programme 2022 to the email provided when it is published Monday 13th June.
