Be as detailed as you wish. This report will brought to the Committee that oversees violations to the MNB Code of Conduct. Each committee member has received training and is bound by a Confidentiality Agreement. You can add any documentation, photos, and screen captures below.

You can also add a venue or festival name.

What happens when you click 'Submit'?

Dawn Després-Smyth (Member Happiness Coordinator at Music·Musique NB | she/her) will received an email saying that there is a new report. She will then have access to a PDF that will only show the answers to questions 3 to 7. Your name and email address (even if you agreeded to be contacted) will not appear on that PDF.

She will share the information with the Code of Conduct Committee, who will meet and decide what, if any, action is needed. Decisions made by the Committee are made with a survivor-centered approach, which seeks to empower survivors by prioritizing their rights, safety, well-being, needs and wishes.
