Contract Agreement:
1) The Buyer agrees to provide a lifelong commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming, and responsible care. (Training classes are recommended for a happy relationship between the collie and family.) *

2) If at any time the Buyer can no longer retain possession of this dog, the Breeder is to be notified and given first option of resuming full ownership of dog in order for the Breeder to locate this dog a new home. At no time should the dog be surrendered to any shelter or rescue operation, instead contact the Breeder for alternate provisions. Should any circumstances arise that affect the quality of life of this dog, the Breeder is to be informed so that they may participate in determining the future of the dog. *

3) The Buyer agrees to keep all medical records and inform Breeder of any treatment relating to genetic issues. This provides the Breeder with an opportunity to follow up on puppies and gives us important feedback and information on the health of our dogs for future generations. *

4) The preceding paragraphs contain conditions established to ensure the wellbeing of the dog, but also to uphold and maintain the reputation of good quality Scotch Collies. The Buyer's agreements will continue for the dog's life and the Breeder will have the right to enforce the agreements. *

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AGREEMENT: By signing this Electronic Signature Acknowledgment Form, I agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent to my handwritten signature. Whenever I execute and electronic signature, it has the same validity and meaning as my handwritten signature. LIMITATIONS OF ACTION: Any action or claim brought by Buyer against Seller for breach of this Agreement must be brought within one (1) year of the date such claim occurred. Upon signing this agreement and the exchange of the ownership of this dog, the buyer shall become solely responsible for all. I will not, at any time in the future, repudiate the meaning of my electronic signature claim that my electronic signature is not legally binding.
