1.) CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client unless specified by the trainer. Phone/zoom calls should be canceled at least 30 minutes before the scheduled call. Calls canceled less than 30 minutes before the scheduled time will be given to the trainer to decide on whether a rebooking will occur or not.
2.) LATE ARRIVALS:
Each session shall be 1 hour in length and phone/zoom call times will be semi-flexible depending on discussions and changes. Sessions will not be extended (unless time is available) due to the lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client.
3.) ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE GIVEN IS CORRECT:
