Dimensional Place - Work Access Form

Deadline: Work Access Forms must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of requested work, and no later than 2:00PM on Thursday prior to scheduled activity on the weekend or Monday.

Required fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed before you can submit your form for processing. If work scopes change beyond what is reflected on the form, you must notify Building Management before work continues. Non-approved deviations may result in work being stopped.

Check-In: All Contractors must check in at the loading dock at the building in which the work is being performed located at 6300 Bee Cave Road., Austin, TX 78746. Contractors must present valid identification in exchange for a contractor badge, and agree to all Rules and Policies. DO NOT report to the main lobby.
