1. Camp LIFT and SERCO will treat all campers with respect, expect obedience to established rules and ensure daily safety practices. In case of an emergency, and if a family physician cannot be reached, I hereby authorize my child to be treated by Certified Emergency Personnel (i.e. EMT, First Responder, and/or physician
2. The registration fee is non-refundable and must be paid before acceptance of application.
3. I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or videotaped for promotional purposes and to document camp activities.
4. Camp LIFT and SERCO discourages personal belongings such as toys and cell phones from being brought to camp. If a cell phone is needed for emergencies, it should be kept in a backpack. We will not be liable for any personal belongings if broken or stolen.
5.Camp LIFT will take place at the St. John Holistic Wellness Center on Monday-Wednesday. Thursday sessions will take place at the Historic Harriet Barber House to allow for outdoor play and scientific experiments. Parents will drop off campers at 8:00AM and pick them up at 1:00PM from the Harriet Barber House on Thursdays. If inclement weather is predicted, campers will remain at the St. John Holistic Wellness Center. Parents will be notified by cell phone, text or email for any changes.
6. Parents will be supplied with a weekly schedule and notified of any changes to the schedule.
7. Parents are required to attend the Parent Orientation and the Culminating program. The Parent Orientation is scheduled for June 15, 2022, 6:00 PM. The culminating program is scheduled for Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 6:00 PM.
