Cancellation Policy:

I deeply value the time you set aside for our appointment. To respect both our schedules, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations, changes, or rescheduling.

Appointments adjusted with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the total service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Please understand, this policy helps protect my time and the sustainability of my business.

Appointment Reservations: A valid credit card is required on file to secure your appointment.

Guest Policy: To ensure a relaxing experience, I kindly ask that no additional guests or children under the age of 12 accompany you to your appointment. I understand this may be inconvenient for some, and I sincerely appreciate your understanding.
