  • Vaccinations

    We require a current vaccination certificates from your veterinarian that your dog is  vaccinatied for DAP 1 or 3 year (Distemper, Parvo, Para influenza) and Bordetella (Kennel cough) are up to date. Vaccinations must have been administered at least 5-7 days prior to the first day of Wag'n It walks, adventures or training. Rabies vaccinations are highly recommened, but we do not require it for our services. (We do accept Titer test for vaccinations.)

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. BY SIGNING THE FOLLOWING, YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS< INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. CHECK AGREE TO ALL AND INITIAL EACH SECTION.

  • I also acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks within the pet care/training industry (WAGN IT) , including but not limited to dirtiness, fights and injuries between animals, bites to humans and possibly transmission of disease or loss of animals. I accept and agree that WAGN IT cannot be held responsible for any injuries or illness that my pet may suffer while using WAGN IT services. I further accept and agree that I remain soley responsible for the actions and behaviour of my pets while participating in WAGN IT services.  
                  

  • The facility, space or location in which WAGN IT uses for group classes will not be held responsible for any damages, claims, injuries, loss, liabilities, expenses, cause of action, law suits and/or legal costs. You are responsible for the actions and behaviours of your dog while working in these shared spaces. If you are unable to keep your dog reasonably under control (Mild disruptions and over excitement is expected and can be worked on in classes) you will be asked to be leave. Deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • I give permission to WAGN IT to take photos/videos of myself and my dog while in class to post on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)  
     

  • My signature below means that I have read, understood and accept ALL of the above risks with the use of services with Wag'n It. I accept sole responsibility for any and ALL medical expenses to my pet no matter the cause.

    Once your registration form is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Eileen the head trainer to go over training dates, payment option, things to bring and the address of where group classes will be hosted.
