*Appointment Policies & Procedures*
In order to have the best provider:client relationships and avoid awkward situations. Please read and acknowledge prior to requesting a service. You are welcome to screenshot these and save to your files for future reference.
• A deposit is required for all appointments. Deposit is non refundable and will be credited towards your service.
• If you wish to reschedule without having a fee charged for late reschedule. A minimum of 48 hours prior to your upcoming appointment time notice is required.
For example: You have an appointment at 2pm on a Thursday. The latest you can reschedule would be Tuesday at 2pm.
IMPORTANT: If you reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours from your upcoming appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
• If you wish to CANCEL your appointment past the 48 hour mark, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
•Payment is due before you are able to reschedule again. You will receive a square invoice with a pay link.
• No call, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked.
•Repeat offenders will not be allowed to book with me again.
• Children: Please do not bring any children to your service. The services I provide requires concentration and it is unsafe to have small children in the procedure area. Sharp tools are used near your eyes and I will not be able to provide the service safely.
If you come to your appointment with any small children, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged 100% of the booked service. Please plan accordingly and thank you for understanding.
•After business hours appointments are available in case by case basis. There is a $85 per hour fee added to your service for any services offered outside of normal business hours.
•For your safety, my safety and other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick.
A one time per year no fee allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the late reschedule, late cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
Please do not take advantage of this policy. If you use the same sickness excuse when late rescheduling or late canceling an appointment, you will not be allowed to book again.
You only get to use the sick or family emergency excuse one time.
This rule was put in place due to a few people in the past using the same excuse of sickness every 3-5 weeks and expecting to not be charged a fee. If you cannot commit to show up to a scheduled appointment. Please do not book with me.
I understand sickness and emergencies happen and some things are just unavoidable, however your appointment time has been reserved for you and for you only.
Frequent sickness or family emergency late rescheduling will require you to pay the late fee. Remember, you on my get to use this excuse one time per year to avoid the fee.
•I do not offer any refunds on services.
If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 24-48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns.
