Please fill out the following form if your group needs to request a meeting or work space within the church building. If it is determined to be an external group need, you will receive follow-up information regarding fees and insurance.

Room Set-Up: Groups are responsible for their own set-up, we will make sure all requested furniture is available for use.

Set-Up Type	Description
Classroom	8' tables with 2-3 chairs each, all facing the front of the room
Theatre	Chairs only, facing the front of the room
U-Shape	8' tables with 2-3 chairs each, in a U with the open end facing the front of the room
Open Square	8' tables with 2-3 chairs each, with all participants facing each other.
Reception	8' tables with 6 chairs each, and serving tables at the front of the room
