To facilitate the class action claim process for receiving benefits under the Lumondi watch settlement (a 12-month extension of the limited warranty where fogging has occurred under certain conditions), please complete the following checklist to assist in verifying the validity of your claim under the settlement. Once you have successfully completed and submitted this preliminary checklist, you will be directed to the claim form. Once your claim is submitted and your watch is received by the authorized service center, the technicians will evaluate your watch to confirm that no exclusions from the settlement apply (§6.3.6).

Extended warranty benefit: If your watch meets the requirements for the extended warranty benefit, you will receive an extended warranty of 12 months limited to the "fogging issue," as defined by the settlement agreement. The extended limited warranty will run from the effective date of the settlement (July 27th, 2022) or the end of the Original Warranty, whichever date is later.(§VI 6.1)
