REGISTRATION OF VEHICLE INFORMATION FORM (FOR MEMBERS)
For the purpose of this Registration of Vehicle Information Form, each member* is eligible to register one vehicle for member parking rates for onsite parking at St Andrew's Cathedral ("SAC").

* A member is defined as a person who (a) was baptised/ confirmed at St Andrew's Cathedral ("SAC")/ St Andrew's Cathedral (Mandarin Congregation) ("SACM"); or has transferred his/ her church membership to SAC/ SACM, and (b) is currently in the SAC/ SACM membership records as a member of SAC/ SACM.

Please note that processing time may take up to 03 weeks, and the member may continue to be charged non-member parking rates in the meantime.
