    Experience contactless washing through the Executive Laser Wash App with QR Scan and Go! Access your Wash Book through the Executive Laser Wash App, check in and scan the QR Code located at the top right corner of the kiosk using your phone’s camera to activate the car wash. Press “OK” after activating your wash and you will be on your way to your touchless car wash, it’s that easy!

     

    *Your phone's settings/permissions need to be set to allow the Executive Laser Wash App to access your phone's camera.

  • QR Scan How To & App Troubleshooting

  • Please see the following QR SCAN Instructions:

    • To access your Wash Club, the Executive Laser Wash App must be OPEN on your phone FIRST

    • Open the Executive Laser Wash App on your personal device

    • Select Wash Club

    • Select your desired plan (the selected plan will be green)

    • Select Start Washing

    • Complete the Check In Process

    • Select Scan QR Code
      Point your phone’s camera at the QR Code located on the top right corner of the payment kiosk in order to scan the QR Code and activate your member wash 

      *For the Executive Laser Wash App’s QR Scan use, your phone's Settings need to be set to allow the Executive Laser Wash App to access your phone's camera.

    • Once your member wash is activated, follow the instructions on the payment kiosk’s screen that will prompt you on when to enter the wash 

    • Select the OK button after every member wash usage to reset your membership and get it ready to use at your next eligible member wash

     

  • Please also see the following troubleshooting recommendations to ensure that the Executive Laser Wash App is running properly on your personal device:

    • Completely close out of the app and reopen it

    • Restart your device

    • Check that your GPS/location settings are on

    • Check that your cellular data is on. Devices must have a cellular data plan in order to support this app.

    • Check that your device’s Wi-Fi and/or Wi-Fi Hot Spot is turned OFF- Devices must be connected to a cellular data plan to run this app. Wi-Fi does NOT support this app so please be sure your device’s Wi-Fi is turned OFF so it does not interfere with your cellular data signal when attempting to run this app.

    • Check that you have the most recent version of the app updated on your device

    • Check that your device’s Settings are set correctly to match the attached Settings for Apple and Android devices.

  • Billing

    • Monthly Wash Club payments automatically charge the default card on file on the Bill Date each month.
    • Bill Dates are the day in which you sign up for a Monthly Wash Club.
    • Bill Dates are displayed on the “Member Wash” screen for your reference anytime.
    • Bill Dates cannot be changed.
    • If you receive notice that your credit card payment was not processed, please check with your bank to see why the payment was declined or use a different payment method.
    • Payment Methods can be updated through the App’s Settings by selecting “Update Your Card”.
    • Credit and Debit Cards are accepted forms of payment within the App.
    • The only way for any Executive Laser Wash App purchases to be made is by the app user on their personal device, as Executive Laser Wash does not have access to authorize purchases on app user's personal devices. 
  • Reset Password

    • App User Account Passwords can be reset/changed anytime by selecting “Reset Password”.
    • Check your email inbox and SPAM folder for the email to reset your password.
  • Update Vehicle Information

  • Vehicle Information can only be updated by Executive Laser Wash

  • Family Plan Option

    • Join the Family Plan and SAVE!
    • The Family Plan allows you to add up to FOUR additional plans under one primary account holder’s account at a discounted rate! This plan offers you the ability to add family members and/or vehicles at a discounted rate of $5 OFF of each additional plan.
    • Multiple devices are allowed to match the number of plans under an account. For example; if the primary account holder has their original plan plus an additional two plans for their family members, three devices would be allowed to log in under that one primary account.
    • All plans are billed to the one credit/debit card on file under the primary account holder’s account. There is no discount for the primary account holder’s first plan. There is no discount for joining the UNLIMITED Half Off Club under the Family Plan.

     

    Instructions for Joining the Family Plan:

    1. Select “Wash Club”
    2. Select “Add New Plan”
    3. Select the plan that you would like to add
    4. Add vehicle information for the vehicle associated with the new plan
    5. Select “Register” on the following Payment Screen
    6. An additional box with this new plan will appear in “Wash Club”
    7. This plan can now also be accessed by logging into the primary account holder’s account on an additional device
    8. This same process can be repeated for up to FOUR additional plans
  • Free Wash

  • Free Wash= $12 that appears in your app wallet balance after you download the Executive Laser Wash App and complete setting up an account. Your $12 can then be used towards a "Single Wash" purchase!

  • Referrals

  • Once you refer someone, for both of you to receive the $5 credit, the person referred will go make their first purchase at any one of our 5 locations and enter the referral code at the checkout screen. On the bottom of the checkout screen there are 2 options (enter referral code, enter coupon code) and simply input the referral code and finish purchase. Both will see $5 credit appear in wallet a short time later for future use.

  • Coupons

  • Enter a valid coupon code in the coupon code section at checkout to receive the discount. The discount will then be deducted from your total purchase.

  • Vacuums

    • Vacuums are not included with Monthly Wash Club Plans
    • Vacuum time can be purchased directly through the Executive Laser Wash App at participating

  • Cancellation

    • Monthly Wash Club plans can be cancelled anytime directly through the Executive Laser Wash App
    • Memberships will not be terminated until the end of the member’s monthly billing cycle. After cancellation, once the billing cycle ends the member will not be charged again.
    • If cancellation occurs before the member’s current billing cycle is complete, members will be able to use their membership until the end of their current billing cycle.
    • No refunds, credits or discounts will be given for partial or unused membership periods

    How To Cancel

    1. Open the Executive Laser Wash app on your personal device

    2. Select the box containing the plan that you wish to cancel (the selected box will be green)

    3. Select Cancel Plan 

    4. Insert your email address associated with the app user account that you wish to cancel in the Enter Account Email line

    • With the purchase of a gift card/prepaid account, we will create you a code that is associated with your account that you enter at the payment kiosk at the car wash. Any wash package of your choice can then be selected and the amount of that wash package will be deducted from your account balance.
    • Gift cards will be EMAILED to the email address provided on the order within 1-2 business days. Once you receive the gift card it can be printed out, forwarded to the recipient via email or keep it for yourself! *Please be sure to check your Spam folder for gift card emails.
    • Money can easily be added to your existing account balance online anytime by selecting the Account Refill option and entering your code in the space provided.
    • Gift Card purchases are completely separate from the Executive Laser Wash App.
    • Gift cards are non-transferable or redeemable with the Executive Laser Wash App.
    • Gift cards are not available for purchase within the Executive Laser Wash App.

    • Our car washes are touchless, meaning that there are no brushes, no friction and absolutely do not touch your vehicle.
    • Our automatic laser bays are 7 feet tall.
    • Please remove any hitches, bike racks, rear racks, snowplows, etc. before entering the car wash bay.
    • Large trucks need to fold in your side mirrors before entering the bay.
    • Dryers are not included in the Entry Wash package.
