SYSTEM INSTALLATION: I authorize MosquitoNix® to charge the credit card below the full cost of the system installation/service. Your payment will be processed within 2-3 business days or upon completion of installation.
MONTHLY: I authorize MosquitoNix® to charge the credit card below for monthly Convenience Billing on an on-going monthly basis. Convenience Billing Program will begin 31-45 days after installation of the System and will be charged on or around the 20th of each month depending upon the date of installation. If there are any pending or late payments on your account your payment will be processed in 2-3 business days and continue on or around the 20th of the month.
ANNUAL: I authorize MosquitoNix® to charge the credit card below for annual Convenience Billing on an on-going annual basis. Annual billing includes the Year in Advance pre-payment discount of 5%. Your payment will be processed within 2-3 business days or upon completion of installation.
QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL: I authorize MosquitoNix® to charge the credit card below for Quarterly Pest Control on an on-going Quarterly basis. Your payment will be processed within 2-3 business days.
