Artists, artisans, makers, and community partners are invited to participate in this new series of community events. First Friday Fests are an opportunity for the Fairbanks community to come together and enjoy a diversity of arts and cultural offerings, vendors, food, and more in an inclusive, welcoming, and family-friendly environment. The Fests are taking place on the First Fridays in July, August, and September and will be open from 12-8 pm.
You're invited to participate at any level of engagement or involvement you wish.

Have your own vendor booth! As a community partner, you could have your own sales booth for a discounted rate!

If you would like to host a demonstration, arts and crafts station, dunk tank, workshop, or some other activity to bring attention to your organization let’s talk about it! For your information, attached to this email is a copy of the First Friday Fest Vendor Policies.

If you are a current affiliate member, share your information with us and we will display it at our Fairbanks Arts Information table. Fairbanks Arts is excited to participate in the First Friday Fests as well! We will have an information booth near the front of the park to welcome visitors and share information about our events and yours! Feel free to drop any flyers off at our office (1st Floor of Centennial Center), Monday-Thursday from 10-6 pm. If you want to check on the status of your membership, contact info@fairbanksarts.org

If your organization works with performing artists who might want to get involved with First Friday Fests, please pass on our Performing Artist Application so they can get involved too! Here is the link to pass on that application: https://form.jotform.com/221147363180146

Is there another way you would like to be involved? Let us know by emailing events@fairbanksarts.org or calling 907.251.8386 x5!
Additionally, while we hope that you will get involved with First Friday Fests, we would also love your help spreading the word about open vendor registration to your networks (friends, members, instructors, etc.). We only stipulate that goods sold at Fests must be of quality and handmade or self-produced in Alaska.
