There are a limited number of available volunteer openings on Advisory Committees for the upcoming year. 

All committee member positions are remote.

Why serve on a committee? Participation on an IBA Committee is an opportunity to be a leader and make a difference in the beauty and personal care industries. It provides the means to identify and address practical and meaningful needs of small to medium sized businesses, an opportunity to work with teams of people outside your organization, venues to broaden your professional and personal networks, and a way to help shape the direction and future of IBA and the industry.
