Please note, this is only open to travel agencies in the United States & Canada with a valid ARC, CLIA, IATA, or TRUE number. Agents who work with large Host agencies/MLM will need to request a login from your host unless you have your OWN credentials. **PLEASE NOTE: FOR THE INTERIM, YOU CAN SUBMIT A PHOTO OF YOUR BUSINESS CARD AND SOME FORM OF IDENTIFICATION THAT LINKS YOU TO A HOST UNTIL WE GET SIGNED OFF FROM ALL THE HOSTS/CONSORTIAS! Commissions

Commissions are paid on over 95% of our tour products and offerings - most vary between 8% and 10% of the BASE price. Commission is NOT paid on taxes, licenses, extras (like food, drinks), insurance plans, upgrades, etc. Day trip packages that include air/ferry may pay a flat rate commission versus a percentage. Commissions are paid only AFTER the traveler has completed the excursion/tour/travel. Payment will come from either Alaska & Yukon Tours or Stampede Travel depending on which tour operator fulfilled the tour/package/offering. Commissions are paid twice a month. In the event of a chargeback/refund, commission may be deducted from future payments. Commissions are NOT paid on NET products. Our commissionable products (or non-commissionable items) have an option for an agent to select a mark-up - we have a 2% credit card fee on all mark-ups.

Access and Pricing

The end-goal is to offer either NET rates or COMMISSIONABLE rates for all of our tour products, hotels, and other offerings. Some products may allow you to chose between a NET rate or a COMMISSIONABLE rate. We also allow a markup on items that are non-commissionable or receive a commission, for a 2% fee on the mark-up. Please do NOT use the customers' card for NET rates!

Please note, Airline Doctors, Inc dba Alaska & Yukon Tours holds licenses to resell in the following states: California, Florida, Hawai'i, and Washington. Airline Doctors, Inc is a part owner of Alaska Travel Desk, LLC and covers transactions booked in this portal. All transactions are in accordance with the laws and regulations in each state for COMMISSION only bookings. While all funds are placed into ESCROW (Bank of Hawai'i) regardless of NET or COMMISSION programs, NET rates are only covered up to the amounts charged to the agency card.
