***Please note, gender specific spots become very complicated; family's can end up waiting a very long time, especially for males. Non gender specific spots are much easier and family's end up with their puppy's a lot sooner. Do not limit yourselves, the health and quality of your future puppy, as well as which bloodlines meet your family's needs, are most important*** We understand that most have a preference as to which sex they desire, however, we ask that you keep an open mind when the pup's are born. We cannot ever guarantee gender/colour, or how many with each litter. Thank you for your understanding. We take into consideration the temperament of each puppy when pairing to the right family; we aim to pair the most compatible puppy with each family based on their lifestyle and needs.

All of our Pet Line puppies must go through a minimum of 12 weeks training program with a professional trainer. For our Working Capable Line, a minimum of 24 weeks training program MUST be completed. Do you understand? (PetSmart training does not qualify)

If bred without the Breeder's consent, a fee of $50,000.⁰⁰ CAD per litter, and $5,000.⁰⁰ CAD per produced puppy (living and/or deceased) is owed to the Breeder. Do you understand?

Puppies will be on a raw diet. Although we prefer our dogs to continue a raw diet, if raw is not an option. Do you agree to keep your puppy/dog on high quality kibble, for its entire life?
If you will be feeding kibble, what are some of the brands you have looked into feeding your puppy/dog? ( If you will be feeding raw, simply write that in comments)

Do you understand that once you place a deposit, it is absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE?
Deposits are $500.⁰⁰ CAD to reserve your spot on the current waiting list(s). Your deposit it required within 24 hours after approval. At time of birth, an additional $500.⁰⁰ CAD deposit is required within 24 hours– for a combined total of $1,000.⁰⁰ CAD. A 1,000.⁰⁰ CAD deposit will be required to reserve a puppy once born if you are not currently on a waitlist. Any money received is NON-REFUNDABLE and will go towards the purchase of your puppy, which will be honoured, but NOT REFUNDED, for any reason– even if you decide not to purchase a puppy. Do you understand?
Do you understand that you may never sell or find a new home for your puppy or adult dog?
If the placement does not work for any reason, He/She must be returned back to the Breeder. Owner with NOT be refunded for the returned puppy. Upon return, you must sign a return contract. Do you understand?
I hold the right to void this contract and refuse to sell you a puppy for any reason I feel is necessary, or if you do not comply with the terms and agreements set out in this application. Including, but not limited to, distrust of your intentions toward my puppy or breeding lines, and NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. Do you understand?
Do you agree to not abuse or neglect your puppy/dog? If at any time I, the Breeder, believes your puppy is abused or neglected, I, the Breeder, have the right to repossess the puppy/dog. Obesity, malnutrition, and/or poor hygiene constitutes abuse/neglect. Do you agree/understand?
Do you agree to not spay/neuter before 24 months of age?
Do you agree to not allow your new puppy to run, be overworked, jump on or off in or out of things until 24 months of age? Reasonable play and daily activites/exercise is permitted. Reasons why not to overwork your new puppy– joints are still developing and can be severely damaged and affected if overworked, and growth plates are not fully developed until 24 months of age.
