Cross Examinations and Objections

(Bell, Nunnally & Martin). This year’s boot camp will address cross examinations and objections. The program will begin with an expert panel demonstration of cross-examinations.
Following the panel demonstration, attendees will break into small groups at the courthouse where each attendee will cross-examine a prepared witness. Seasoned attorneys and Dallas County judges will observe the cross-examinations and provide feedback to each attorney. Attendees will be provided the subject matter of their cross-examination and details about the witness’s knowledge in advance of the boot camp.
