  • HOST agrees the following facility requirements for Women's Lacrosse:
      
    - ADA Compliant
    - No tobacco use at NJCAA event
    - Public Address and Sound System
    - Athletic Training Facilities
    - Hospitality room for coaches, officials and VIPs
    - Appropriate lighting for outdoor sports
    - Press Box / Table area (dedicated covered area for scoreboard operator, statistician, media, etc.)
    - Concessions and Souvenir sales area
    - Ticket Office / Gate Entry
    - Well managed field turf is preferred that meets NCAA regulations for artificial turf.
    - Well-manicured natural grass will also be considered if it can withstand three consecutive games in two days.
    - Playing surface must have all official field markings for women’s lacrosse as described in NCAA Women’s Lacrosse Rulebook.
    - Game clock / scoreboard must be visible from the field of play.
    - Minimum seating capacity of 1,000
    - Two (2) locker rooms complete with showers for teams
    - Minimum of two (2) uniformed security guards throughout the tournament
    - Separate and secured locker room for officials
    - Dedicated hard wire internet and access to power for NJCAA network broadcasting

    - Dedicated covered and secured from elements facility for NJCAA Network broadcasting
    - Designated seating area for teams/competitors when not playing
    - Designated warm up area for teams

  • All NJCAA Championship Hosts must adhere and follow all policies of the NJCAA Logo Use & Style Guide. As well as what is outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements

  •  HOST agrees that it is responsible for providing knowledgeable staff to record official statistics for the entire championship. Statistics are to be recorded for each game/event of the championship and provided to the NCAA immediately following the conclusion of each contest/round of competition. The name(s) and contact information for the individual(s) keeping statistics for the event must be provided to the NJCAA at least thirty days prior to the start of the event. 

    HOST of the Women's Lacrosse Championship is required to record game statistics via PrestoSports Stat Entry, live StatCrew entry via PrestoSports, or another live scoring method approved by the NJCAA National Office. The XML files for each game are to be sent to the NJCAA following the conclusion of each game. PrestoSports Stat Entry is available to all tournament hosts of these sports at no cost.
