- CEP Grant Conclusion Report, evaluating the outcomes and success of the project is due 30 days after project completion or by end of school year, whichever comes first.
- To be eligible for funds, all portions of this application must be complete.
- Awards will be considered up to $1,000; requests over $1,000 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as funds are available.
